AUDITION NOTICE

Ballet Tessera is seeking male and female dancers for the 2022 - 2023 Season.

We are looking for diverse dancers who are strong in both classical and contemporary dance with a unique artistic voice. Male dancers should have partnering experience.

Contract Positions are available.

AUDITION DETAILS:

Accepting video submissions for Male and Female dancers for all positions.

Positions available:

Trainee - 14+ male or female dancers

Studio Company - 16+ male or female dancers

Company - 18+ male or female dancers

In-Person Audition: Saturday, August 13th

4:00 pm Registration

4:30 pm Audition

VIDEO AUDITION GUIDELINES:

1. Resume/CV

2. Headshot

3. Dance photo, preferably in arabesque

4. Video link(s), which should include barre and center work (female dancers should provide center on pointe) and performance work in both classical and contemporary.

Successful candidates may be invited to take a company class.

All dancers from the CENTRAL FLORIDA community and professional dancers are welcome!

AUDITION FEE
$25 (payable by cash, check, Debit or Credit)*

AUDITION TIMES

Students males and females:

Ages 5-8: Email us with your interest.

Age 8-11 (not on pointe or on pointe less than 2 years)
1:30pm Registration, 2:00pm Audition

Ages: 11-14 intermediate dancers on pointe 2+ years

2:30pm Registration, 3:00 Audition

Age 14 and Up advanced pointe dancers:
4:00pm Registration, 4:30pm Audition

Professional male and female dancers:

4:00pm Registration, 4:30pm Audition

*no audition fee for professional dancers
